You keep Googling "am I overreacting" at 2am and closing the tab because nothing you read fits.
Something feels off. You can't name it. You've tried. You've sat with it in the car, in the shower, in the 20 minutes between getting home and walking through the door. You've rehearsed conversations in your head and then never had them. You edit your own thoughts before speaking them. You walk on eggshells without calling it that, because calling it that would mean admitting something is wrong.
From the outside, your relationship looks fine. Shared home. Shared money. Shared routines. Maybe pets. Maybe a life you spent years building. And you feel numb. On edge. Like you're performing a version of yourself that isn't real anymore.
You're not in crisis. You're not ready to leave. You're not even sure the problem is the relationship, or you, or both. You just know you can't keep living in the fog.

You've already tried to figure this out. You've journaled. You've read articles. You've talked to friends who don't quite get queer relationships. You've thought about therapy but it feels like a commitment to something you're not ready for, and what would you even say? You don't have the words yet.
Maybe you've looked at couples counseling. But couples counseling assumes you want to work on the relationship together. It assumes you've already decided to stay. You haven't decided anything. You can't even see clearly enough to make a decision.
Maybe you've seen relationship content on Instagram. Communication frameworks. Boundary-setting tips. Attachment theory. It all sounds smart in the abstract and none of it fits your specific situation. Because none of it was built for the bind you're in: queer, long-term, not in crisis, not ready to leave, not ready to stay, just needing to see what's real.
Every solution you've encountered does one of two things. It either assumes you want to fix the relationship, or it assumes you want to leave. Nobody has given you a way to just see clearly without that seeing turning into a decision you're not ready to make.
That's the gap. That's what this workshop fills.

See what's real first. Decide what to do later. On your own timeline.
You don't have to do anything yet. You don't have to decide anything. You don't have to confront anyone. You don't have to leave. You don't have to stay. You just have to be willing to look.
In one workshop, you'll learn the actual skills to recognize what's happening in your relationship, understand the patterns you've been living inside, and navigate whatever you find, without having to make any decisions about your relationship.
This isn't therapy. It's education. It gives you something therapy doesn't: clarity before commitment. You don't have to talk to anyone. You don't have to explain anything. You don't have to share anything you don't want to share. You just have to be willing to sit with what's real for a few hours and walk away with skills you can use on your own timeline.

And you should be skeptical. You've seen the Instagram therapists. You've seen the communication frameworks. You've seen the "5 steps to a better relationship" content. You've probably even tried some of it. And here's another person telling you they have something different.
So here's what's actually different. This workshop doesn't ask you to fix anything. It doesn't ask you to communicate better. It doesn't ask you to set boundaries. It doesn't ask you to do anything at all. It gives you one thing: the ability to see what's real in your relationship, clearly, without the fog, without the gaslighting echo, without the pressure to act on what you see.
Every other resource you've encountered assumes you want to change something. This one assumes you just want to see.
That's a fundamentally different starting point. And it's the starting point nobody else has given you.

This is a live, small-group workshop. Not a recorded course. Not a PDF. You'll be in a room with Lindsey and a small group of LGBTQIA+ adults who are in the same place you are. People who get it. People who won't ask you to explain your identity or defend your relationship structure.
The language for what's happening. You'll learn to name the patterns you've been living inside without being able to describe. The fog lifts not because someone tells you what to see, but because you finally have words for what you've been sensing. You'll learn Lindsey's five queer-specific red flag categories: identity suppression, safety-based silence, subtle power imbalances, "you're too sensitive" dynamics, and queer-specific isolation. These aren't adapted from heterosexual frameworks. They were built for your relationships, from the ground up.
The skills to navigate what you find. Once you can see the patterns, you need to know how to move inside them. You'll learn communication skills that don't require confrontation. Boundary-setting that doesn't require blowing anything up. Pattern recognition you can use in real time instead of in retrospect. These are skills you keep forever, in any relationship, not just this one.
Permission to not act. This is the part no other relationship resource gives you. Clarity doesn't require action. You can see what's real without changing anything. Seeing clearly is not the same as deciding. You can hold clarity and still not be ready to act. That's allowed. You'll leave this workshop with a framework that explicitly names your right to see clearly without being pushed toward any decision.
A place to stand. Not a decision. Not a plan. Not a timeline. Just a place to stand where you can see what's in front of you. That's what this workshop gives you. A place to stand.

Lindsey Ritter-Ingorvaia is a licensed clinical professional with years of experience working specifically with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. She built this approach because she kept seeing the same person walk through her door. Not someone in crisis. Not someone who'd decided to leave. Someone who'd been sitting with something they couldn't name for months or years, who felt like they were performing a version of themselves that wasn't real anymore, who'd tried everything they could find and nothing fit.
She tried referring them to existing resources. Couples counseling assumed they wanted to fix the relationship together. Individual therapy felt like a commitment to something they weren't ready for. Relationship books were heteronormative. Instagram content was generic. Nothing met them where they actually were: in the fog, not ready to act, just needing to see.
So she built it. An approach built on seeing clearly before deciding anything. Not a system she invented. A truth she discovered by listening to what her clients actually needed and couldn't find anywhere else.
This workshop is that approach, taught live, in a small group, with the skills to navigate what you find. It exists because nothing else does.
If this is so good, why haven't you heard of it?
Because it's new. Lindsey spent years developing this framework inside her clinical practice, one client at a time. This is the first time she's teaching it as a live workshop. The frameworks you've seen elsewhere, Gottman, Esther Perel, the Instagram therapists, they've had decades of marketing behind them. This has been in a therapy room, working, with no audience beyond the person sitting across from Lindsey. You're hearing about it now because she's finally pulling it out of the room and putting it in front of the people who need it.

You're an LGBTQIA+ adult in your 30s or 40s, in a long-term relationship, and you feel like something is off but can't name it. You're not in crisis. You're not ready to leave. You're not ready to stay. You just need to see what's real.

This is not couples counseling. Couples counseling assumes you want to work on the relationship together. This workshop is for you, individually, to see clearly on your own timeline. Your partner doesn't have to know you're here.
This is not therapy. Therapy is a commitment to an ongoing process. This is a workshop. You come, you learn, you leave with skills. No ongoing commitment. No diagnosis. No clinical assessment. Just education and clarity.
This is not generic relationship advice. The five queer-specific red flag categories were built for your relationships. Identity suppression. Safety-based silence. Subtle power imbalances. "You're too sensitive" dynamics. Queer-specific isolation. These don't exist in Gottman's framework. They don't exist in Esther Perel's work. They exist here because Lindsey built them from the ground up, for you.
This is not ROCD content. Relationship anxiety content on Instagram and TikTok often frames your questioning as a symptom of anxiety, not a signal worth listening to. That mirrors the gaslighting echo you might already be living inside. This workshop does not pathologize your questioning. Your questioning is not a symptom. It's a signal. This workshop helps you read it.
This was built for you, not adapted for you.

The workshop runs approximately two to three hours. Live. Small group. LGBTQIA+ only. You'll move through four parts:
Sharing is always optional. No pressure to decide, no pressure to act, no pressure to share. You just have to be willing to look.
You've been feeling this for months. Maybe years. Every month you spend in the fog is another month of walking on eggshells, editing your thoughts, Googling at 2am and closing the tab.
Every month of confusion is a month of accumulated erosion
you can't get back.
This is the first time this workshop is being offered. The first cohort will be small by design. More personal attention. More direct access to Lindsey.
You don't have to be ready to act. You just have to be ready to see.
Free to attend. No one will know you registered.
You might be thinking: this sounds like a lot. Two to three hours. A group of strangers. What if it's too much? What if I'm not ready? Here's what makes this safe.
The See-Clearly Guarantee
Lindsey will never tell you what to do about your relationship. Not in the workshop. Not in the materials. Not ever. This workshop helps you see what's real. What you do with that clarity is entirely up to you. Always.
The Privacy Guarantee
All sessions are on a private, password-protected platform. No public Zoom links. You can use whatever name you want. Lindsey will never contact your partner. Your participation is invisible. This is for you. You don't have to tell anyone.
The No-Pressure Promise
Every part of this workshop, every material, every communication opens with the same reminder: you're here to see clearly. You're not here to make a decision. You're not here to be told what to do. You're here to find your footing.

You've been sitting with this for months. Maybe years. Something feels off and you can't name it. You've tried Googling. You've tried journaling. You've tried talking to friends who don't quite get it. Nothing has given you footing.
Not by telling you what to do. Not by pushing you toward a decision. By helping you see what's real, in a room with people who get it, taught by someone who built this for you.
You'll leave with language for what's happening. Skills to navigate what you find. And permission to not act on any of it until you're ready.

You've been going from "am I overreacting, am I the problem, am I imagining this" to maybe, just maybe, "I know what's real and I trust myself to handle it."
That's the shift. Not "I left" or "I stayed." Not a decision. A shift in who you are inside your own relationship. From someone who edits themselves to fit. To someone who knows who they are and can show up authentically, whatever that means for the relationship.
You don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone to help you see. That's what this is.
